Processing & Shipping:
Orders that are in stock may take up to 5 - 8 business days. Orders that are on pre-order will be processed and shipped approximately 3 - 4 weeks after purchase.
We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
Shipping time varies based on the shipping method chosen by customer at checkout. We currently offer USPS First Class options for domestic orders only.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to your personal email. If you did not receive tracking information, please contact us via email.
If your tracking states that a label has been created but no further update, this means your order is still processing or has yet to be scanned by USPS.
Missing or Mis-shipped Package:
Please be advised that once an order is received by USPS, we are not responsible for delayed orders, missing, lost, stolen, or mis-shipped order. We are not responsible for orders that are mailed to the incorrect mailing address, so please verify shipping address before confirming/placing your order. If your package is lost during shipping, contact USPS and file a claim.
All Sales Are Final:
Once an order is placed, please note that it is considered final, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds. We advise customers to thoroughly review their orders before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy and satisfaction with their selections. Thank you for understanding our policy regarding order finality.
